You’ve heard of photo-dumping. Now allow me to introduce ~gratitude-dumping~

Things have been so busy in my life, and still there’s been much joy in it all. And stress, if I’m honest. But the good moments stick to me with much more ease as I reflect.

From self-tapes and auditions, to jumping into new things, to spending time with people I love and celebrating them, to being in love and being loved, to making music, to uplifting other creatives, to watching my friends do their thing, to cooking, to spring turning into summer–and not only all that, but next week I get to stand by one of my best friends at her wedding and sing for the new couple and all their guests!

Some days feel so heavy and stuck and impossible, but even on those days, I’m all but knocked over by how much beauty there is in my life. It’s the littlest things that make me want to cry–a message from a friend I haven’t seen recently, a piece of art made by a fan, my mom calling because she misses me, my partner looking after me. The song this post is named after !!

I hope you feel even a fraction of how much you are loved and that, every now and again, the feeling touches you so deeply that you stop for a moment and truly take it in. There is at least one someone who would do anything for you, and that is truly sacred.
